S. David Worhatch graduated from Notre Dame Law School in South Bend, Indiana, in 1979, and is licensed to practice law in Ohio and a number of federal courts around the country. Before opening his own law office, he worked as a law clerk for a federal judge, was an employment law associate for a large Cleveland-based law firm, and represented management as a General Counsel for a large corporation. Mr. Worhatch also has served his community as a city councilman and remains active in local government and political circles. He has been a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator since 1991.
The Law Offices of S. David Worhatch was established in 1989, and Mr. Worhatch is an experienced litigator who has been able to draw upon his government and corporate experiences in advocating the rights of individuals and protecting their career interests and financial assets.
In representing his clients, Mr. Worhatch draws upon a wide variety of experiences in Corporate America, as an attorney associated with a large Cleveland-based law firm, and as a former city councilman. These allow Mr. Worhatch to provide a comprehensive approach to his clients’ problems. Mr. Worhatch takes pride in delivering the best possible legal representation more efficiently than his counterparts in large, “overhead-rich” downtown law firms can.
