S. David Worhatch graduated from Notre Dame Law School in South Bend, Indiana, in 1979, and is licensed to practice law in Ohio and a number of federal courts around the country.  Before opening his own law office, he worked as a law clerk for a federal judge, was an employment law associate for a large Cleveland-based law firm, and represented management as a General Counsel for a large corporation. Mr. Worhatch also has served his community as a city councilman and remains active in local government and political circles. He has been a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator since 1991.
