Attorney David Worhatch Smiling in Black Suit

A comprehensive legal approach drawn from years of experience

I am licensed to practice law in Ohio and several federal courts around the country. Before opening my own law office, I worked as a law clerk for a federal judge, was an employment law associate for a large Cleveland-based law firm, and represented management as a general counsel for a large corporation. I also served my community as a city councilman and I remain active in local government and political circles. I have been a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator since 1991.

The Law Offices of S. David Worhatch was established in 1989 after ten years in private and corporate practice. I am an experienced litigator who has been able to draw upon his government and corporate experiences in advocating the rights of individuals and protecting their career interests and financial assets.

I rely on my broad experiences in providing a comprehensive approach to my clients’ problems. I take pride in delivering the best possible legal representation more efficiently than my counterparts in large, overhead-rich downtown law firms. At my law offices in Stow, Ohio, I serve clients in Northeast Ohio and all over the state by providing quality counsel without gouging their bottom lines.
